The qualified RNA samples were treated with the Ribo-zero™ Kit (Epicentre, USA) to remove ribosomal RNAs. Each sample used about 300-400 cells (a total amount of ~3μg RNAs) for library preparation, following the protocol of the AMPure XP system (Beckman Coulter, Beverly, USA) |
