The mice lungs were digested with collagenase A and DNase to generate single cells. CD45+ immune cells were isolated using FACS for single-cell isolation. The single-cell RNA-seq experiments were conducted using the Chromium single cell system (10X Genomics) and the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer. |
