G. frondosa mycelia were treated with 25°C and 37°C, respectively. The total RNA was extracted from G. frondosa samples using Trizol reagent. The RNA purification and completeness were determined using a NanoPhotometer spectrophotometer and Agilent Technologies 2100 Bioanalyzer, respectively. mRNA was enriched from total RNA using Oligo(dT) magnetic beads and disrupted to 250-300 bp fragments by ion interruption. |
