DNA for each sample was extracted using the grind plus kit method. The DNA was furthur purified using DNA clean magnetic beads and ligated with barcodes using EXP-NBD104/114 kit. After another round of purification and pooling, DNA library was added into the PromethION R9.4 flow cells FLO_PR0003 and sent for sequencing on Oxford Nanopore PromethION sequencer. |
