DNA for each samples was extracted using the DNeasy PowerSoil Pro Kit, then the 16S rRNA genes sequences were amplified using the primer set 515F /847R. Finally, equal molar amounts of DNA were pooled for PacBio library construction and then sent for sequencing on the Illumina HiSeq platform. |
