Isolates were incubated for 24 h at 37°C in Tryptone Soya Broth (AOBOX 02-049, Beijing, China), and genomic DNA extraction and purification were carried out using a HiPure Bacterial DNA Kit. The quality of the extracted DNA was assessed using a Nanodrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer (Nanodrop Technologies, Wilmington, DE, USA) and a 1.0% (w/v) agarose gel. Subsequently, purified DNA underwent whole-genome sequencing utilizing Illumina’s NextSeq 500 platform at Honsunbio company (Shanghai, China). Genome assemblies were generated using EToKi v1.0, and the quality was assessed using QUAST v2.80. |
