The entire aerial parts of AK58 seedlings (including leaves, shoot and shoot apical meristem [SAM]) from different treatments but with synchronized three-leaf stage were harvested respectively into a 50 ml Falcon tube on ice. The ChIP-seq experiments was performed according to the previous protocol(Kaufmann, 2010)with minor modification. Anti-H3K9ac (CST, 9649S), anti-H3K4me3 (CST, A2355), and anti-H3K27me3 (CST, A7253) were used for the Chromatin immunoprecipitation. |
