We isolated and cultured MACS-sorted Ly6G+ neutrophils from mouse blood with/without MB49 cells cocultivation.The neutrophils without MB49 cells cocultivation were numbered neu1, neu2, neu3; and neutrophils with MB49 cells cocultivation were numbered coculture1, coculture2, coculture3. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent kit (thermofisher) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. RNA quality was assessed on a NanoDrop ND-1000 (NanoDrop, Wilmington, DE, USA) and a Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent, CA, USA). After eukaryotic mRNA was enriched and reversely transcripted into cDNA, the cDNA fragments were purified and ligated to Illumina sequencing adapters and were sequenced on the illumina NovaseqTM 6000 . |
