Genomic DNA was extracted from blood using the Maghead Blood DNA Kit. The CWseq Universal DirectFast DNA Library Prep Kit was used to fragment the DNA to approximately 350bp through enzyme digestion. The library was constructed through end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, and PCR enrichment amplification.
