Bracteacoccus minor (SAG 221-1) 10X: high-molecular-weight genomic DNA was isolated from the freeze-dried algae using the IrysPrep Plant Tissue DNA Isolation kit (RE-014-05; Bionano Genomics, San Diego, CA, USA) following the manufacturer instructions. 10X Genomics Chromium genome libraries with insert sizes of 350-500 bp were prepared with Chromium Genome Reagent Kit (v2 Chemistry, Pleasanton, CA, USA) following the manufacturer protocols with modified PCR primers to introduce sequencing primers suitable for the BGISEQ-500 platform and then sequenced with PE reads of 150 bp. |
