Total RNA was extracted from collected samples using the CTAB method. The concentration of the extracted nucleic acids was measured using the Nanodrop2000 (manufacturer: Thermo Fisher, model: Nanodrop2000), and the integrity was assessed using the Agilent 2100, LabChip GX (manufacturer: PerkinElmer, model: PerkinElmer LabChip GX). Library preparation was conducted using the TruSeq™ RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), and quality control was performed using the Qsep-400 method. |
