Hi-C library was prepared from cross-linked chromatin of young leaf tissue of yellowhorn using a standard Hi-C protocol. Chromatin was cross-linked with formaldehyde, digested with DpnII, labeled with biotin-14-dCTP, and ligated to form proximity ligation products. The DNA was purified, fragmented, and enriched with streptavidin beads before adapter ligation. The Hi-C library was amplified and sequenced on the DNBSEQ platform. |
