Testes were dissected in chilled PBS per experimental group. Total RNA was isolated using TRIzol, following the recommendations of the manufacturer. For lncRNA-seq, following the removal of rRNAs, the enriched ncRNAs were fragmented into short segments and subsequently reverse-transcribed into a cDNA library for sequencing.
