DNA of metagenomic sample was extracted from the cell line using a E.Z.N.A. Bacterial DNA Kit. About 100 ng of DNA was randomly fragmented to about 400 bp by acoustic sonication.Then the libraries were constructed through end-repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation and bisulfate-converted using the VAHTS Universal Plus DNA Library Pren Kit for Illumina. |
