Single-cell suspensions from mouse heart tissues or co-cultured cells were prepared for single cell sequencing. Followingcellular dissociation, we barcoded unigye mRNA molecules of each cell using our 10x Genomics Chromiym platform(3'v3.1 kit) and a droplet-based microfluidic system, then performed reverse transcription, cDNA amplification,fragmentation, adaptor ligation, and sample index PCR according to the manufacturer's protocol.
