DNA extraction was performed using the MagPure Stool DNA KF Kit B (BGI-Shenzhen), following the manufacturer's protocol. Subsequently, libraries were prepared using the MGIEasy Universal DNA Library Prep Set (BGI-Shenzhen). DNA nanoballs (DNBs), which contain multiple DNA copies, were created and loaded onto nanoarrays using high-intensity DNA nanochip technology. |
