Total RNA was extracted and libraries were prepared using the KAPA Stranded RNA-Seq Kit with RiboErase (HMR) (Roche) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Briefly, rRNA was first removed, followed by RNA fragmentation, reverse transcription, and cDNA amplification. Final libraries were purified and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq platform (150 bp paired-end reads) at Nanjing Jiangbei New District Biomedicine Public Service Platform Co., Ltd. |
