VLPs RNA genomes were extracted using an RNA extraction. Reverse transcription was performed using the HiScript III RT SuperMix. The resulting cDNA was subjected to PCR amplification using Q5 Master Mix. Target fragments were amplified using forward and reverse primers designed specifically for the cargo regions, with high-fidelity DNA polymerase to ensure sequence accuracy. |
