The cell pellets were resuspended in lysis buffer, pelleted, and tagmented using the Assembled Tn5 Transposome and Tagmentation buffers (Active Motif). Tagmented DNA was then purified using the QIAGEN PCR Purification Kit, amplified with 10 cycles of PCR to generate the libraries. The resulting material was quantified with Qubit (Thermo Fisher) and sequenced with PE150 sequencing on the Illumina platform. |
