Fresh pancreas was fixed in DSP buffer for 30 minutes and digested with Liberase TM (Millipore-Sigma) for 30 minutes. Cells were filtered and washed before loading onto a 10x Chromium controller. Libraries were prepared for sequencing using the Chromium Single-Cell 3 Reagent Kit V3.1.
