The co-culture experiment was perfromed with two sets of primary GBM cell lines: MIX A - with derived from the same tumor OS21_3 (TERTp WT) and OS21_8 (TERTp MUT); and MIX B - with OS25-4 (TERTp MUT) and OS23-2 (TERTp WT). After 14 days of culture, the cells were subject ot STAR-FACS to eseparate WT and MUT cells and subject to Evercode (Parse Biosciences) protocol to generate single-cell RNAseq. |
