Sequencing libraries are prepared with 500 ng input DNA using the KAPA Hyper Library Preparation Kit (PCR-free). Covaris shearing targets 450 bp fragments. Libraries are multiplexed in pools of 8and each pool is sequenced on one flow cell of HiSeq X. 1% PhiX control is spiked into each library pool.
