PARP1 also plays important role in mesenchymal–epithelial transition (EMT) which promotes tumor metastasis [1]. LINC01703 promotes proliferation and inhibits apoptosis in HCC cells [1]. Knockdown of LINC01703 represses migration and invasion in HCC cells [1]. LINC01703 positively modulate PARP1 expression [1]. Deletion of v suppresses HCC growth in vivo [1].
