Function
Controls translation and therefore function of the Zeb2 protein coding gene through regulation of Zeb2 mRNA splicing (Beltran (2008)). Zeb2 translation requires retention of an intron, Zeb2NAT overlaps the 5' splicing site of this intron and when expressed inhibits splicing allowing translation of Zeb2 (Beltran (2008)).
