Function

DICER1-AS1 regulates the proliferation, invasion and autophagy of osteosarcoma via miR-30b/ATG5 axis, providing a novel insight for osteosarcoma tumorigenesis [1]. Xenograft assay in vivo indicates that DICER1-AS1 knockdown inhibits the osteosarcoma tumor growth and protein expression level of ATG5. DICER1-AS1 knockdown suppresses the migration and invasion of osteosarcoma cells [1].

Regulation

lncRNA DICER1-AS1 is functionally regulated via miR-30b/ATG5 pathway [1].
