ODC1-DT functions as a tumor suppressor to inhibit cell proliferation and cell cycle progression [1].

ODC1-DT increases Fbxw7 expression by acting as a molecular sponge for miR‐586 and subsequently decreases c‐Myc and c‐Jun expression [1].

ODC1-DT inhibits the glycolysis via miR‐586 [1].

Expression

ODC1-DT expression level was higher in head and neck carcinoma than normal tissues [1].

Regulation
