Function
Lnc-LIF-AS can regulate the stability of LIF mRNA by over-lapping a 3′-UTR of LIF mRNA which might contribute to inhibit the degradation of LIF mRNA mediated by other RNAs.[1]
Regulation
The expression ofΔNp63α can directly inhibitLIF mRNA transcription and decrease LIF mRNA stability by suppressing the expression of Lnc-LIF-AS.[1]

Expression
ENST00000447565 is significantly downregulated expression in SiHa/ΔNp63αstable cell lines. In addition, Lnc-LIF-AS is also shown gradually up-regulated with the increase of ΔNp63α siRNAs. [1]
