Expression
Expressions of DCXR-DT and RAC3 in PCa tissues were higher than that in paracancerous tissues. [1] Effect of DCXR-DT on downstream gene was studied, DU145 cells were transfected with si-RP13-650J16.1. This results showed that si-RP13-650J16.1 could significantly reduce RAC3 expression and BCL-2 protein level. [1]
