Function

Loss- and gain-function assays suggested that FOXD2-AS1 remarkably modulates the tumorigenesis of NSCLC through Wnt/β-catenin signaling.[1] FOXD2-AS1 overexpression promotes NSCLC progression.[1]

Expression

lncRNA FOXD2-AS1 had significantly high expression in NSCLC tissues.[1].To be specific, high expression of lncRNA FOXD2-AS1 was shown in 23 cases of 45 (53.3%), in which unchanged was revealed in 10 cases (22%) and down-regulation in 12 cases (24%) [1]
