PANTR1 is transcribed from a region immediately upstream of the transcriptional start site of Brn1, and on the opposite strand.[1]

Function

Deletion of PANTR1 may also delete portions of the proximal promoter of Brn1 and is likely to lead to a decrease in Brn1 transcription.[1]
