ENST00000452247 is an 869-bp natural antisense lncRNA transcript expressed from the RP11-573I11.2 gene.[1]

Expression

ENST00000452247 is down-regulated in the RA(rheumatoid arthritis) FLSs(fibroblast-like synoviocytes) compared with normal FLSs. In addition, ENST00000452247 expression is positively correlated with ZNF154 mRNA expression and negatively correlated with WISP3 mRNA expression [1]
