Variome - MaizeOmics - CNCB-NGDC - MaizeOmics (A comprehensive multidimensional omics resource for maize (<em>Zea mays</em>))

12,783,178 SNPs and 1,862,507 small InDels from 3367 maize varieties were identified,Z. mays B73-v4 was used as the reference sequence. Variation calling follows the standards in GVM (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gvm/standards), and is implemented using the GATK toolkits.
