A novel gene expression-based prognostic model of clinical routine specimens in small cell lung cancer
| Title | A novel gene expression-based prognostic model of clinical routine specimens in small cell lung cancer |
|---|---|
| Description | Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) remains one of the most aggressive malignancies, with limited tools to predict patients' outcomes and guide treatment decisions. To address this critical gap, by using an innovative 795-genes panel (including tumor-related and immune-related genes) on the NanoString nCounter platform to sequence clinical routine formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) SCLC operation or puncture specimens,we developed the SCLC-Predictive Risk Score (SCLC-PRS), a novel model for risk stratification in SCLC patients. |
