| Description | Stropharia rugosoannulata GL0170 was cultivated in different media, including PDB (PDB-1, PDB-2, PDB-3), Glucose/NH4Cl (Glu-1, Glu-2, Glu-3) and PDB + manganese sulfate (Mn-1, Mn-2, Mn-3). The supernatants of the cultures were collected and the sectetomes were analyzed using LC-MS based proteomic analysis. In addition, the lignocellulose degradation enzymes in the PBD cultivated supernatant was partially purified and one of the elution was analyzed using LC-MS based proteomic analysis. |
