| Description | Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF) is a severe syndrome with multi-organ dysfunctions, leading to high short-term(28 days) mortality. The interplay of liver injury and immune response in the hepatitis B virus related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF) needs further exploration. Understanding the genomic and transcriptomic information of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) from patients with ACLF can help inform the treatment of ACLF patients. Here, we provide single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) data from PBMCs in peripheral blood of six HBV-ACLF patients and three healthy controls. Our dataset provides a basis of HBV-ACLF immune cell composition and gene expression and can serve as a reference basis for future studies for immune cell analysis. |
