| Description | Using long gradient liquid chromatography coupled with label-free mass spectrometry, we profiled the proteo-metabonomics landscape from 96 patients' tumor and tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Our data identified a cluster of proteins that were important in the transition from subsolid to solid adenocarcinomas. Along the developmental trajectory, we also discovered metabolomics reprograms that shaped tumor characteristics and therapy response. Furthermore, we uncovered a distinct metabo-immune checkpoint IL4I1, promoting tumor malignancy through AHR signaling activation. Together, our findings provide insight into the SSN ecosystem that suggests potential prognostic and therapeutic implications. |
