Single-Cell Sequencing of Peripheral Mononuclear Cells Reveals Altered Immune Response Landscapes after Mild Cold Exposure in Human
Title | Single-Cell Sequencing of Peripheral Mononuclear Cells Reveals Altered Immune Response Landscapes after Mild Cold Exposure in Human |
---|---|
Description | Based on advanced technologies such as single cell sequencing, metabonomics analysis and proteomics, this project analyzes the changes of body weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, serum fat factors, inflammatory factors, visceral fat, cognitive function and intestinal flora before and after mild cold stimulation. On this basis, the genome or transcriptome was amplified and sequenced at the single cell level by isolating peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to detect single nucleotide site variation (SNV), gene copy number variation (CNV), single cell genome structure variation, gene expression level, gene fusion, selective splicing of single cell transcriptome, DNA methylation status of single cell epigenome, etc. |
