| Description | Rats were divided into two groups with 10 in each group. One group was administrated with ZhenQi Granules for 30 days and the other was administrated with saline. Afterward, the rats were euthanized, and spleen tissue samples were collected. RNA was extracted from the tissues and fragmented, adapter added, reverse transcribed, and sequenced using Illumina sequencing platform. The sequencing reads were mapped to the genome by using bowtie2 and the expression was calculated by using Kallisto. The differentially expressed genes were analyzed by using DEseq2. |
