| Description | Although non-human primates, the evolutionarily closest living relatives of humans, are valuable models for understanding the biology of aging process in vivo, the aging pattern and its underlying molecular basis across their various tissues remains elusive. Here, we generated a multi-omics data resource (viz. transcriptome, proteome and metabolome) from 30 tissues from 17 female rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta) aged 3 to 27 years. This is the level 2 raw counts transcriptome resource. The raw FASTQ RNA-sequencing data are available at China National Center for Bioinformation / Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GSA: CRA026248) that are publicly accessible at https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa. |
