scRNA-seq for acute kidney injury caused by ischemia reperfusion injury
Title | scRNA-seq for acute kidney injury caused by ischemia reperfusion injury |
---|---|
Description | Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome caused by a variety of causes and a sudden decline in renal function, with limited pharmacological treatment. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of clinically relevant IRI murine model with different ischemic intervals.Single-cell transcriptomic profiles provide detailed description for us to comprehensively explore the dynamic process of AKI response to ischemia/reperfusion. |
