| Title | Tracheal Intubation without Muscle Relaxants |
|---|---|
| Description | Endotracheal intubation without muscle relaxants can be used when muscle relaxant is contraindicated. Induction with propofol combined with remifentanil can provide adequate intubation condition, but post-induction hypotension (PIH) often occurs. Esketamine could help to maintain hemodynamic stability because of its effect of sympathetic stimulation. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of esketamine on PIH for endotracheal intubation without muscle relaxants. |
