| Description | The NanoString nCounter platform has been developed for gene and transcript expression analysis for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE)-derived tumor tissues. Of 6 specimens, 5 specimens were of sufficiently high quality for RNA evaluation. A minimum of approximately 80 ng of total RNA was utilized to determine the expression of 750 immune-related human genes using the nCounter platform.Data was normalized using the housekeeping genes. |
