Title GWAS of chronic kidney disease in Chinese
Description The present GWAS mainly aimed to extract genetic loci related to the presence or absence of CKD. A total of 100,592 participants from China Kadoorie Biobank were included in the GWAS. And they were grouped into 5 clusters according to principle components (cluster1: n=24,583, cluster2: n=32,873, cluster3: n=20,434, cluster4: n=11,034, cluster5: n=11,668). CKD definition included (a) Self-reported a previous history of CKD at baseline(b) Incident case of CKD (ICD-10 code: N18) during the follow-up.(c) Incident case of broader-CKD. Association analysis included (a) Autosomes: SAIGE software was used. (b) X chromosome-non PAR: GCTA (fastGWA-GLMM) was applied and GWASs were performed in males and females separately. Uploaded files included (a) Summary statistics for autosomes (6 files: GWAS for all participants, GWASs for participants of clusters 1-5); (b) Summary statistics for X chromosome-non PAR (12 files: GWAS for all participants by sex, GWASs for participants of clusters 1-5 by sex).
