| Description | The present genome-wide association study (GWAS) aimed to extract genetic loci related to the presence or absence of snoring among the Chinese. A total of 100,626 participants from China Kadoorie Biobank were included in the GWAS of snoring(47,208 snorers). Those reported snored sometimes were further excluded for GWAS of habitual snoring(22,985 habitual snorers). Association analysis included (a) Main analysis was performed with BOLT-LMM, adjusting for sex, age, age^2, study areas, disease status, PC1-10, and genomic array types. (b) Sensitivity analysis included: GWAS analysis stratified by sex, GWAS in ten study areas and Meta-analysis, GWAS adjusted for BMI. Uploaded files included ten Summary statistics for GWAS of snoring and habitual snoring, with main analyze and 4 sensitivity analyses for each snoring trait(snoring, habitual snoring). |
