| Title | The Impact of Gene Polymorphisms on Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Rivaroxaban in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation |
|---|---|
| Description | To investigate the impact of genetic polymorphisms on the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of rivaroxaban among patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF). A prospective study was conducted with 173 NVAF patients receicing rivaroxaban. Blood samples from each participant were obtained for adjusted trough plasma rivaroxaban concentration (C0h/D), genotype determination and coagulation parameters. All patients clinical information and outcomes were recorded during scheduled follow-ups. |
