| Title | Safety, Tolerability, and PK of Single and Multiple Doses of Aficamten in Healthy Chinese Subjects |

| Description | This is a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, Phase 1 study in healthy Chinese adult subjects to evaluate the safety, tolerability and PK of SAD and MD of CK-3773274. Approximately 8 healthy Chinese subjects will receive CK-3773274 10mg or placebo in the SAD 10mg cohort A. At least 5 days after the last subject's administration in the cohort A, approximately 8 subjects will be enrolled into the SAD 20mg cohort B. At least 5 days after the last subject's administration in the cohort B, approximately 12 subjects will be enrolled into MD 5mg cohort D, respectively. Subjects will be remained in clinical research unit (CRU) during the entire dosing period and the following 4 days post-dose for SAD, and 3 days post-dose for MD. |
