This project systematically integrates and optimizes the existing high-quality, strict and standardized single-center aortic aneurysm disease-related cohort resources with different characteristics in our city, and establishes a cohort database of characteristic specialized diseases of aortic aneurysm disease, including clinical diagnosis and treatment and follow-up database, imaging database and sharing platform covering the whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and matching biological sample information database, which provides important support for the prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment of full-chain, large-scale and long-term aortic aneurysm disease. At the same time, it provides data for the evaluation of the short- and long-term efficacy of interventional devices, provides a basis for the formulation of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of aortic aneurysm diseases, and provides reference for the formulation of relevant policies of medical insurance. |
