| Title | GWAS summary results of Chinese Han fingerprint patterns |

| Description | It contains the full summary associations for all SNPs and fingerprint patterns on ten digits (D1-5L, D1-5R) and composite phenotypes (mid6) in Chinese Han five cohorts (TZL, NSPT, JD, CKB and WeGene). Among them, we provide results based on both ordinal (c3; coded as 0,1 and 2 for arch, loop and whorl, respectively) and binary phentoypes (c2; non-whorl or whorl) for the TZL, NSPT and JD cohorts. The other two cohorts (CKB and WeGene) provided only binary phenotypic results. |
