| Description | To further examine the transcriptional and molecular change of mouse livers at 0 h, 6h and 48 h after 2/3 PHx, we analyzed the mouse livers from different genotypes and timepoints after PHx. Six groups included in the sequencing data were: wild type (WT) 0 h, WT 6 h, WT 48 h, Cx3cr1 knockout (KO) 0 h, KO 6 h and KO 48 h. There are 5 samples in each group. |
