| Description | We profiled 3' scRNA-seq and 5' single-cell mRNA and TCR sequencing of brain tissues and peripheral blood samples from 6 radiation-induced brain injury (RIBI) patients and 2 normal controls with 10X Genomics kits. Sample preparation and library processing methods were described in the GSA submission HRA003477. The data were processed with Cellranger following the software's instructions. |
